“La Piccola Casa col tempo aiuterà anche tutti quelli che avranno aiutato lei e contribuito alla sua prosperità; le benedizioni spirituale ed anche temporali discenderanno come una pioggia sopra di loro, essendo impossibile che l’elemosina ed il bene fatto ai poveri facciano impoverire alcuno: e chiunque concorrerà a sussidiare la Piccola Casa, potrà vivere certo di sperimentare anch’esso nella sua persona e famiglia le benedizioni celesti, e partecipare di quella Divina Provvidenza medesima, che in modo sì speciale e visibile l’assiste e mantiene” (Detti e Pensieri n° 56).
